## What is ProForma PORTAL 2?

ProForma PORTAL is the digital container for all your personal and particularly sensitive (payment) documents. ProForma PORTAL frees you completely from any paper ballast. This way you always have your important (payment) documents with you.

Maximum security and the complete safeguarding of all data protection requirements are a matter of course for us and are always guaranteed.

All data transfers and storage take place exclusively in encrypted form. Your data is never stored on foreign servers. We only store in tested, certified data centres in Germany.

ProForma PORTAL makes you DIGITAL - SECURE - CONTACTLESS, 24/7.

ProForma PORTAL is regularly checked and recertified for data security by leading and independent institutions. This measure is called a PEN test.

The aim of the penetration test is to identify vulnerabilities of programmes, networks and devices on a technical and organisational level and to document them in a detailed report. This report then serves as the basis for remedying any vulnerabilities. After remediation of any identified vulnerabilities, a targeted detailed follow-up audit is always carried out. In this way, we ensure that our security measures always correspond to the state of the art.

ProForma PORTAL supports 2-factor authentication (2FA) so that only you personally have access to your data. You are informed about new documents in real time via push message.

Important information:

A ProForma PORTAL account is required to use the PORTAL app.

If your employer has purchased a ProForma PORTAL server licence from CSW and makes the digital payroll accounting available to its employees, you will usually receive separate information about this. Among other things, this also contains details of your personal user data for the login as well as the individual portal address.

The PORTAL app is therefore not a consumer product for the private sector, but the mobile application of the cloud service "ProForma PORTAL".

Immer wieder tauchen Probleme mit dem login auf, obwohl das passwort definitiv richtig ist

Man wird aus der App geschmissen, kommt dann nicht mehr rein. Die meiste Zeit läd die App die zu Ende und lässt sich nicht öffnen. Ich will das Papier zurück

Funktioniert einwandfrei, wie beschrieben. An alle Hobby-ITler, die immer wieder in Rezension Dampf ablassen wollten:

Herzlichen Dank für alle tiefgründigen Analysen der App-Qualität – besonders beeindruckend sind fachkundige Urteile wie „alles Müll“ und die differenzierte Begründung „geht nicht“. Es ist immer wieder schön zu sehen, wie man mit zwei Fingern am Handy und null Hintergrundwissen das jahrzehntelange Know-how von Entwicklern ad absurdum führen kann.

Zur Sache: Wenn ein Dokument in Ihrer App fehlt, liegt das in den allermeisten Fällen nicht daran, dass die App „kaputt“ ist, sondern eher daran, dass entweder
a) die Person, die sie bedient, noch nicht alle Knöpfe gefunden hat,
oder
b) die Firma, die die Dokumente bereitstellt, dieses Dokument nicht anbietet oder hochgeladen hat.

Aber natürlich ist es bequemer, sofort die App verantwortlich zu machen, statt sich mit so lästigen Dingen wie den eigenen Einstellungen oder Zuständigkeiten zu befassen.

Kurzum: Die App funktioniert – ganz sicher sogar. Nur leider ersetzt sie weder gesunden Menschenverstand noch die Kommunikationspflicht Ihres Arbeitgebers. Rezensionen sind wichtig gewollt. Aber konstruktiv sollten sie schon sein!

Es ist ja ganz schön hier sein Behandlungsplan zu finden und vielleicht irgendwelche Neuigkeiten oder auch alte Informationen. 

Die App würde für mich allerdings Erheblich interessanter , unverzichtbar gar, wenn ich eine Übersicht meiner persönlichen und allgemein Termine darin fände, dies es mir leicht macht zu entscheiden, wann ich für irgendeine Aktivität wie viel Zeit habe.
Daher meine Anregung: Bitte eine graf. Darstellung des persönl. Behandlungsplans beifügen. 
Wenn darin noch z.B. die Essens- oder fixe Ausgabe-/ Sprech-Zeiten der einzelnen für mich persönlich relevanten Funktionsstellen drin wären, wäre das suuuper!

Soweit ganz in Ordnung in der Handhabung allerdings sollte folgendes hinzugefügt/verbessert werden: freie Anordnung der Dokumente innerhalb der Ordner, sowie der Ordner selbst und keine schwarze Schrift auf schwarzem Grund, wenn man Dokumente umbenennt.

Die App scheint nur aus den beiden Funktionen „Neuigkeiten“ und „Ihre Dokumente“ zu bestehen. Der Teil „Neuigkeiten“ hat nichts mit dem Titel zu tun. Dort werden Informationen zurück bis 2020 aufgelistet. Ferner wird in diesen Informationen auf Funktionen verwiesen, die oben rechts in der App aufrufbar sein sollen, ist aber nicht sind. Lediglich der Teil „Ihre Dokumente“ mit aktualisierten Behandlungplänen kann sinnvoll genutzt werden.

Als man uns mitteilte, dass wir auf ein neues Entgeltportal umgestellt werden, war ich mir sicher, dass es nicht schlechter werden kann. Diese App hat meine bisherigen schlechten Eindrücke jedoch noch Mals in den Schatten gestellt. Die Oberfläche ist schlicht und übersichtlich, weshalb ich einen Stern vergeben habe. Das UI wirkt billig, wie auch die verwendeten „Bilder“, die Gestaltung und Anordnungen der Schriften und Textfelder machen keinen stimmigen Eindruck. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass der Quellcode/ die Logik und damit einhergehend der Datenschutz von höherer Qualität sind. Grüße gehen raus an die „Entwickler“.
