Such a smooth and seamless workflow to the app makes it so easy to navigate and use before and during a workout. The exercise technique videos are of such a clear and high quality. For the price you are easily getting the same quality if not better compared to similar more expensive applications. Very impressed

This app has developed my work, helping me to provide further support for my clients, when away from our routine sessions. I was drawn to the app by its clean presentation and stayed for the content. Really high standard of video demos. Worth getting, won’t be disappointed!

This isn’t like any fitness app I’ve had before, I'm able to access my fitness programs that my personal trainer sets for me PERSONALLY which is amazing! When I haven’t been able to get to the gym or if I have some motivation and want to step it up between sessions I can come on here and do the exercises and programs created for my goals. The functionality is really simple to use and even have a messages area if my PT wants to leave anything specific, or just leaves some motivational words! Its brilliant, it’s definitely made my experience as a client 100x better.
