Sometimes it causes the whole iPad to restart. My iOS is the latest current version. 15.1 Model is MPF22ZP/A I can’t see any way to save and send you diagnostics? I hope there’s a new build coming soon as it’s a great concept of an app. On the iPhone whilst stable, I’ve lost the right side bar with the terminal and the options buttons, and the notebook contents index etc ….is there a trick to get that back.? ### 1/5 — I regret paying for this application. *2021-10-18* The lack of pop-up support means that the application has not been completed. It's ridiculous to sell such trash. ### 3/5 — Tool good - Design Mixed *2021-10-15* The app is good to code little pieces on the way, read through sections or control if the jupyther is running. But the design makes it almost impossible to properly code. But on the other hand the phone might not be the place to properly code anyway… ### 1/5 — Very Buggy *2021-09-17* Just downloaded this and it is super buggy on my iPhone XR. It crashes whenever I try to access any .ipynb file. It also crashed on the main screen when I clicked the button to login to my google account. Definite debugging needing to be done on this app. ### 3/5 — Best iPad Resource for Colab *2021-06-04* Current version is crashing when it tries to login to GitHub. That’s the only issue I’ve found with it. Other than that it’s superior to the browser by far. **Developer response:** Hi, I discovered this strange GitHub issue myself as well. I assure you it will be fixed in the next update. ### 1/5 — Nice app but... *2021-02-13* A nice app. But there are quite a few bugs and I can’t even send a feedback because 1. ‘Contact me’ option doesn’t have Send button. Is that a joke?) 2. When you browse a site there is no ‘back’ button. So you just can’t return to a previous page if you’ve clicked a link. I hope you’ll correct these little quirks. These bugs are very old and have since been patched long ago. ### 3/5 — Disconnect of runtime *2020-10-08* In colab When I authorise my google drive the link open in new browser but as i got the code and return to my colab in ur app the programming get disconnected and I failed to add my drive to run any code. Kindly help. **Developer response:** Hi, at the moment, leaving the app will disconnect the built-in browser. In the future, we will have pop ups present from within the application itself, so you’ll be able to copy that code while remaining connected to the runtime. Thanks for your patience. Poor quality. Basically the same as web version. Extremely difficult to use on iPhone. Can’t copy paste easily at all. The most basic of things. Unable to connect with google drive unless you sign in on safari first. Do not buy this. No not waste your money. I never write reviews. It doesn’t.. either the developer is misleading us, by using Google colab imagery & descriptions or there has been a update to the app or Google preventing this app from operating the way it should. Only thing is when I try to download files from the browser my app crashes. I could not get the rename functionality to work. I still have a hard time to highlight part of a line to copy it. I believe the emphasis should be to add shortcuts, to make coding on a such tiny device as iPad feasible and fast. **Developer response:** Glad you are enjoying the application. This app seems to work great with only a few small hiccups (New Note book not working quite as smooth as I'd like, and sometimes requires a work-around), but all in all, has more functionality than I'll ever likely use. Really a great addition to my devices! **Developer response:** I’m glad to hear you are enjoying the app. Since you originally wrote this review, I’ve performed a major update of the app, fixing nearly all of the small bugs that previously hindered fluid usage of the application. This will come in a future update. ### 3/5 — Good app but my notebooks keeps spazzing out *2022-02-18* Every time I open a notebook in google colab a get a weird bug where the screen starts flickering between the phone sized code and it’s enlarged version. Gave me a terrible headache from looking at it too long. This app is useful, but I’d love to see this bug get fixed.
