I weighed 378 pounds last week and the doctor only gave me a week to live. He said my heart would explode. I used this app to workout 8 days a week for 30 hours each day, 379 days a year and now I can proudly say that i lost 278 pounds. I am now more healthy than ever. Thank you soo much!!!
