## What is Progress Hub?

Progress Hub is the easiest way to stay on track with your coach - or to coach the clients who count on you.

Whether you're chasing a strength goal, sticking to a nutrition plan, or guiding a roster of athletes, Progress Hub keeps your training, your meals, and your check-ins in one place, so you always know what's next.

For clients
- Follow workouts built for you by your coach, set by set
- Log the weights and reps you actually hit, so progress is never guesswork
- See your personalized meal plan whenever you need a reminder of what to eat
- Check in on a schedule your coach sets, on your own time
- Track your training history and watch the numbers climb
- Sign in securely with email or Google

For coaches
- Manage your full roster of clients in one view
- Build and edit workouts with exercises tailored to each client
- Create meal plans your clients can pull up whenever they need them
- Set up recurring check-in schedules and review every report
- See client progress at a glance - including the weights they're actually lifting - and adjust plans on the fly

Why Progress Hub
- Two purpose-built experiences - one for clients, one for coaches - no clutter, no compromise
- Designed for the long haul: clean, fast, and built around the habits that actually move the needle
- Secure authentication powered by Firebase

Whether you're the one writing the plan or the one following it, Progress Hub keeps the work visible, the progress measurable, and the relationship strong.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-24

Reports now tell you exactly what your coach needs:

• If your coach marks measurements as required — weight, waist, chest and the
rest — they appear at the top of the report, ready to fill in. Tap one and
the entry screen opens with that measurement already selected.
• A report can't be sent until those measurements are entered and every
question is answered. Anything missing is pointed out, field by field.
• After you've sent a report, a required measurement can still be corrected,
but not removed, so your coach always has the numbers they asked for.
• If your answers can't be saved, the app now tells you and keeps what you
typed instead of quietly losing it.
• For coaches: choose which measurements each client has to send with their
  report.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-16

Your next workout picks up where you left off:

• Every set in a new week now starts at the weight you last lifted for that
exercise, even if that was a few weeks ago. Nothing is logged until you
confirm it: one tap on the check saves it and the set turns green.
• Coach swapped an exercise? It starts from that exercise's own last weight,
not the one it replaced. An exercise you have never done starts at 0.
• On Apple Watch, the weight shown and the Crown start from that same last
  weight.
• A short tour walks you through Meals, Workouts, Reports and Profile the
first time you open each one. Replay it any time from Tutorial in Profile.
• Your language is saved to your account, so it follows you when you sign in
  on another phone.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-14

Logging your lifts is one tap shorter, and nothing gets lost quietly:

• Entering a weight now saves it. Type the number, press OK, and the set turns
green — there is no second button to find afterwards. Tapping the check still
logs the same weight again for your next set at that load.
• Weights carried over from last week no longer look like you already lifted
them today. They show as your starting point, and only the sets you actually
  logged get the green check.
• If a weight cannot be saved, the app now tells you which one — "Bench Press
S2" — instead of just saying something failed, so you know what to enter
  again.
• A weight you logged offline is never dropped on the quiet. If it syncs after
your coach has started a new week, the app says so and tells you it was saved
to the previous week rather than letting the number disappear.
• 0 kg is a real weight now. Bodyweight and assisted sets log like any other.

Know who a notification came from at a glance:

• Your notifications are now split by who sent them. Tap All, Coach or System
to filter the list, and every entry is labelled, so a message from your coach
no longer sits in the same undifferentiated pile as an app update.
• Clearing the list clears only the tab you are looking at. Clear out the
System updates and your coach's messages stay where they are.
• Notifications no longer repeat the sender inside the message itself. The
label moved out of the text and onto the entry, so a long note from your
coach is not cut short to make room for it.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-28

A smaller update, focused on getting started:

• Pick your language before you sign in — the EN/SR switch now sits on the
sign-in and role screens, not just in Profile, so you no longer have to
get through sign-in in a language you don't read. A fresh install starts
in English until you choose; after that your choice is remembered.
• Know the moment you're connected — enter your coach's invite code and you
get a notification naming the coach you joined, so a mistyped code that
happened to match someone else is obvious right away instead of after a
  week of silence.

For coaches: you're notified the moment someone joins you with your invite
code, named — no more finding out by opening your clients list.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-24

Progress Hub comes to your wrist.

• Apple Watch companion — your workout is mirrored to the watch, so you can
log the weight for every set without picking up your phone. Anything you
log syncs back through the app and inherits the offline queue, so a set
logged away from signal still lands.
• Notifications now arrive in your language, Serbian or English, matching
  the app.
• New notification bell — every message you receive is kept in a list you can
open from any tab, so a long note from your coach stays readable after your
phone's notification tray trims it. A dot marks anything unread.
• Fixed: creating next week from the current one could leave two weeks
flagged as current. Your meal and workout plan sometimes showed a week that
hadn't started yet, and calorie totals could be counted twice.

The watch app is a companion, not a standalone app: sign in on your iPhone
and open Workouts once, and your plan appears on the watch.

For coaches: the notification bell is in your tabs too, and client calorie
totals in your client list are correct again.
