This app is great for tracking all your fitness things together, the Progress 24/7 challenges are wonderful for keeping me accountable during my fitness journey and I love how the workouts go through each exercise and start the rest timer when you complete the set. 

A couple UX things that could be improved: I set my notifications for only new posts & only my reminders to workout/log my stats but I still get every single comment/reaction/post notification. And When looking at new notifications the only way to tell if it’s unread or not is a color difference that is a very very faint grey, and the read is white. It’s pretty hard to tell the difference, having that unread color be darker would be helpful.

Overall wonderful & can’t wait to see all the improvements & how it will grow!
