Why Does PB Puts A Black Screen When Quiting An Ad?

Good game but poor support

I love the game. Itโ€™s well made, hits nostalgia correctly, is fun, and I have been playing for years. However the customer support for the company is basically non existent. Accidentally purchased something I didnโ€™t want and wanted to know if I could refund or at least have my account reset just so I could play the way I wanted. I didnโ€™t mind giving them money but I wanted to do it differently. Itโ€™s been weeks with no response now. I ended up resetting myself in a different way and gave them MORE money but still, wish the customer support was better.
