Half the time it glitches on me. Sometimes it takes ten minutes just to do something that takes me 20 seconds. It’s a very irritating app. It would be nice to just enter my password and be good to go. Please change this. ### 5/5 — Update fixed error issues *2024-07-15, version 17.14.7* Update: After app updated it works so much more smoothly. I haven’t received one error when using it. I like the look of the updated version too. Constantly tells me an error has occurred when I try to sign in. I have etransfers I have to send and can’t get access to them because the app only works like 20% of the time. And that’s a generous estimate. For more support contact so and so”. Also to “go back” you have to tap the little blue arrow instead of swiping right. Thankfully we have great clerks to help with this transaction but when it happened on 2 weekend it was very stressful. ### 1/5 — Unsatisfied *2023-06-28, version 16.1.18* The app is unstable and it closes regularly during the 2-factor authentication stage requiring you to start from the beginning. It was a decent app, but the last month or so it’s gotten much worse. I used to have to shut phone off and then back on to get it to log in, now that doesn’t even work.
