You just see white then end up having to click off the app and check on it on safari or chrome. Sometimes it’ll open up but most of the time, it gives you nothing. The app hardly ever is able to pull up my account, it goes to a blank white page and just sits there. But they changed the app to where you can’t see the 90 day payoff to keep track of it. So now stuck with 2 leases i have to pay for a whole year. I have to also call them every week to make payment because they claim i have no money in account then hits you with a 29$ fee for payment bouncing. So i turned off auto pay. Now i set my payments to bi weekly but still get emails every week saying my account is past due. Progressive use to be great but now it’s the worst place to do business with. Will not be using them after i pay my leases off ever again. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE user friendly interface *2026-03-18, version 6.6.37* Every single time you click home, or my leases, or anything for that matter, it takes you back to the start page for god know what reason. Once you start a lease, the approval prices changes depending on what screen you’re looking at. And good luck actually trying to shop as it only gives you select items from their app, and not the results from the company websites. ### 1/5 — Good, on the rare occasion it works. *2026-03-12, version 6.6.37* I used Progressive to make a large purchase and it went great. That was the end of my good experience. Every time I have tried to use them again since paying off my last purchase I cannot get approved without jumping through a ton of hoops and providing a crazy amount of information. It makes no sense as the first time was so smooth. I was approved simply, made all my payments, and bought out in the first 90 days. Now I can’t get approved at all despite my good history with them. Their app is TERRIBLE as well, and only works about 1/2 the time at best. At first they offered a 90 days same as cash but now customer service acts like they never did and charged almost 3x the price amount and now they keep raising the tax amounts on payments. They take almost two weeks to process the payments. I’ve used progressive for a while now, and they are so easy to use. There was no Credit Check that hit my credit, just easy financing. Highly suggest Progressive Leasing and Sezzle for all of your financing needs.
