## What is Progressive Recording?

Developed with the idea of being able to note your progress and gains.

With a very simple User Inter-Face you will be able to record
               > Your Capabilities/Potential on an exercise or machine
               > The increase and change in circumference of main muscle groups.

The main purpose of this app, that you will come to notice, is to substitute the use of a pen and paper to record desired data.

Onboarding
- Fixed a hang bug in the intro animations
- Added two new explainer screens (how workouts are organized, how measurements work) with a mini animated demo on each
- You can now go back a slide; the sign-in step detects an existing sign-in and auto-advances
- Keyboard now dismisses properly before moving to the next screen

Weights
- Categories and subcategories can be drag-reordered (drop in the middle to nest, near the edge to reorder) — same gesture, no separate handle
- Cleaned up the category tiles and list performance

Body Coverage diagram
- Switching between Front/Side/Back/Side now looks like the body rotating in place instead of sliding to a new picture
- Richer colors, real legend with color swatches

Measurements
- Can now fully edit an entry (value and date), not just the value
- Each entry shows % change from the last one, with an up/down indicator
- Fixed a bug where two same-day entries could show a real increase as a decrease

Progress
- Muscle Group Size is now one combined chart (was one per muscle) with customizable line colors (tap to open a color wheel) and a legend you can tap to show/hide each line
- Charts animate in every time you open the page, and the page now actually refreshes with new data instead of going stale
