## What is ProgressLog?

ProgressLog is a calm, private fitness tracker for people who want to lose weight, train consistently, and see real progress, without the noise.

No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No subscriptions. Everything you log lives in your iCloud private database. We never see it. There's nothing to sell.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Weekly workout plan — schedule training days across the week, assign workout types, drop in rest days.
• Live workout logging — sets, reps, weight, with rest tracking. Built to be done at the rack.
• Cardio in every session — incline, pace, distance, calories. Treadmill, bike, elliptical, run.
• Calorie & protein tracking — sized to your immediate goal weight. Daily ring, weekly average, projected goal date.
• Body measurements — body fat %, waist, chest, arms, thighs. Charts over time.
• Progress photos — front / side / back, with side-by-side comparison. Private, never uploaded.
• Streaks & badges — quiet milestones for the long arc. No leaderboards.
• Multiple plans — switch between Cut, Bulk, and Maintenance with their own calorie + protein targets.
• Year in review — one shareable card showing what your last 365 days looked like.
• Apple Health two-way sync — weight, workouts, active calories, steps.

HOW IT THINKS

Your protein target is calculated from your goal weight, not your current weight, so you preserve muscle as you cut. Your calorie target uses Mifflin–St Jeor BMR + your training frequency, aiming for ≈1 lb/week loss by default. Every number is editable.

Workouts gently suggest a 30-minute cardio session — the most reliable way to keep a steady deficit. Skip it any time; the app nudges, never blocks.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• All data stored in your iCloud private database via Apple's CloudKit
• Sign in with Apple — no email lists, no marketing profiles
• One-tap account deletion in More → Delete account & all data
• No third-party SDKs, no telemetry, no servers we operate

SUPPORT

ProgressLog is free, forever. An optional one-time $7.99 Supporter purchase unlocks the Supporter badge and alternate app icons. The entire app stays free either way.

Built for iPhone, iOS 18 and later.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-06-02

A focused refresh of how you train and track.

• Workout focus mode, rebuilt — every exercise opens on a full-bleed
animated guide, with clean controls underneath. Big tappable weight
and reps fields, a calm rest meter, and one tap to log a set and
  advance to the next.

• Design your own plans — build as many workouts as you want under
Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body, and Cardio. Keep "Upper A" and
"Upper B" side by side; pick which one to run when the day arrives.
Defaults appear for new users so you never start from a blank screen.

• Smarter set logging — change the weight or reps on one set and the
rest of the sets follow automatically. Your tweaks during a session
become next week's plan, so progress carries itself forward.

• Bigger Apple Health bridge — meals now sync calories, protein,
carbs, fat, and water, both ways. Workouts logged in other Health-
aware apps (Apple Fitness, Strava, Watch, more) appear in your
history. Body fat % and lean mass write back too.

• Train for your goal — pick Lose, Maintain, or Gain Muscle in
Settings and your calorie target, protein target, and in-session
  nudges adapt.

• Now in French, Spanish, and Italian.

• A bunch of polish — fully tappable settings rows, faster Support
screen, a one-tap "Build my plan" if your Workout tab is ever empty,
and a quieter launch for returning users so reinstalling never asks
  you to onboard again.

Thanks for using ProgressLog. Tap Support inside the app to send
feedback — every reply comes from a real person.
