## What is ProHelp+?

ProHelp is a smart device app by goDeskless specifically designed for the construction and manufacturing industries. ProHelp allows the frontline workforce to access the project portfolio information directly from their smart devices. Using ProHelp, the field engineers/technicians can access projects and associated information in a secured way. ProHelp’s built-in access control design means the same app allows different information to be accessed by engineers based on their role, skills, as well as project association.

By simplifying the data accesses, and integrating native smart device features, ProHelp greatly increases the collaboration between the field workforce and SMEs as well as inspectors/reviewers. For example, ProHelp allows field workers to engage SMEs in a video chat if they need help or have questions regarding the tasks. This saves costly onsite trips, as well as time, and helps technicians/field engineers to complete the work faster. ProHelp also extends built-in review and annotation tools to help field engineers to engage inspectors, reviewers and automates the compliance-critical inspection processes.

ProHelp is designed to work with major CRM as well as project management tools. It is powered by goDeskless’s OneCloud platform. The OneCloud platform has ability to collate information from various information sources and present it to the field engineer via ProHelp app. OneCloud platform also supports single sign-on to ensure ease-of-connectivity for the field workforce.

ProHelp is industry’s first app specifically designed for the frontline workforce which allows businesses to automate and fast-track process tasks and achieve higher productivity as well as ROI.
