Every time I enter the app you give a pop up!! It is extremely annoying. Stop it or I am installing another tracker and stopping your service.

I bought a GPS from them. The features of the product are good, but their after-sales service is absolutely terrible. If the GPS shuts down the engine, the car won’t start—that’s fine—but when I contacted their support, they told me I have to wait three days for a technician to come. Who can afford to keep their car idle for three days? It’s really disappointing that they don’t stand by their customers in urgent situations. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

It does work what it supposed to be doing but the ui components have a very old look and feel.

Bug/Misinformation:

1. Notification icon still shows that I have 25 notification, even I didn’t had one when I installed the app. It should be giving the number “unchecked max 25” notification which does make sense.
2. Not sure if email notification does work… 🤔

Feature Requested:

1. (***)The notification will not only be listed on the notification list on the app, but also be sending the push notification on the device.
2. (***)Toggling engine lock/unlock from the apps.
3. (**)  Payment option from the apps

I hope the app developer team will be taking my feedback and push an update very soon 😃 . Once the updates are there, i will be giving it a 5 ⭐️ In Shaa ALLAH
