I do have some questions though and don’t know how to contact the developer. Does anyone know how to sync 365 on the phone and iPad? I’d love to have it on both without having to manually add it to two different devices. Also, has anyone ever done a photo book from the app? It doesn’t seem like there is an easy way to do this. I would definitely pay for the app if those two issues were addressed. ### 4/5 — So *2024-06-28, version 3.2.1* Absolutely obsessed with this app, I’ve done it since about 2017ish but I’ve had two new phones since then and everytime I’ve had to restart my progress. I wish there was a way you could transfer accounts though phones as I’ve just got my new phone and I’ve lost the last 4 years since my last upgrade ### 3/5 — Good but could be better *2022-01-25, version 3.2.1* I wish I could save a video of all of the photos I have uploaded not just each month individually. Although, I do wish there was a log in system so when you do have new devices you can simply continue the project rather than starting a new one. ### 3/5 — The best alternative to Everyday (sort of) *2020-02-18, version 3.1.0* This app is the best alternative I’ve found to the Everyday app I used ever day. Unfortunately it appears as though the developer has abandoned this one too. I spent eight years using the Everyday app and now that I’ve started using Project365 as my replacement app, it seems that development has stopped. I noticed that this app hasn’t been updated in a year, so my question to the developer is: Has this app actually been abandoned? Does anyone else know? ### 3/5 — New phone *2019-08-27, version 3.1.0* I have recently changed to a new phone and i wish to transfer all the memories from this app from my old phone to my new phone. Is it possible cause i do not wish to lose all photos that i’ve already taken over the past years? ### 3/5 — Retains deleted versions *2019-05-21, version 3.1.0* I often edit my photos and want to replace the original post. Which I’m able to do. The problem is that the older version still shows up in the Slideshow mode, the mode without the notes; with the black background. It’s fun to look back and see all of the things I’ve done throughout the year. However, I wish there was the option to upload screenshots. I don’t think to take a lot of pictures since I like to live in the moment, so I take a lot of screenshots of pictures sent by my friends. Anytime I try and post a screenshot that I have taken for a day, it just doesn’t show up. Thanks. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No way to Sync or backup years of photos. *2025-08-02, version 3.2.1* Alvin's Project 365 App is great, but there's no way to back up years of collected photos once added to app (since it's inception), no way to sync across tablet to iphone, and anytime you upgrade your iPhone to a newer model you lose every photo added. He talked about allowing backup to iCloud, but that never came to fruition. Such a shame, the app is perfect in every other way. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact Alvin. ### 1/5 — Can’t make year video *2024-12-20, version 3.2.1* I downloaded this app to take a picture of my house every day for a year. I wanted to see a video of the seasons changing. Turns out I can only make a video for the month, all the pictures in my project. It shouldn’t advertise it can do this if it can’t. ### 1/5 — The app won’t open *2020-04-26, version 3.1.0* I’ve had the app since the beginning of september 2019 and recently it won’t let me open the app. I’ve looked at other reviews saying they’ve also encountered this problem. Way to go. ### 1/5 — Hard to Backup *2017-08-27, version 3.0.1* I loved this app but when my phone got damaged and I couldn't recover anything from it I lost all my pictures, half a years worth. I didn't want to save them to my camera roll and I never backed up to drop box because I didn't even think about it. Other apps have this automatically built in. It was an easy to use and I liked the layout but having to remember to do all the back ups yourself in a world where we are used to our devices doing this for us made it useless to me when I lost half a years work. Es gibt ebenfalls die Funktion eine Monatsübersicht in guter Qualität auszudrucken. Ich habe damals sehr viele ähnliche Apps getestet, aber keine war so gut. Entweder man konnte nichts ausdrucken oder die Zahlen des Tages waren zu groß und über das komplette Foto gelegt. Das ist hier wirklich schön gelöst.
