I have no way of recovering my old account. ### 2/5 — No Notifications *2024-09-19, version 5.0.1* I have all of my notifications for this App turned on, Siri is set to announce them yet there are no notifications even when I get messages. I don’t understand why I can’t get notified I have a message. ### 2/5 — No Sound Notification *2024-08-28, version 5.0.0* I love this app and everything it has to offer except one thing…..there are NO sound notifications when you get a text message from someone. This really hinders my business by causing a delay in response time. If this can’t be fixed, I’ll have to look at other options. You have to manually refresh to get new messages and it’s extremely hard to work within. I’m not sure why they changed it or who they had beta test this. I’ve downloaded it, but it’s asking for an email and password and I’ve not set one up yet. ### 1/5 — Not okay. *2020-05-07, version 2.3.2* I use this app for essential business communications and suddenly the app will not let me log in. First off there should be a way to save my password and the prompt never comes up. I have to switch between accounts often and it’s tedious and taxing to enter different logins and passwords each time. Secondly, the fields on the app keep erasing my text preventing me from being able to log in. The website allows me to, but it is also NOT mobile friendly so there’s not getting any work done either way. It does not give me the option to set up an account. How do you use this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — They keep your credits *2024-10-08, version 5.0.3* You lose everything you’ve paid for if you try to downgrade your plan. I wanted to have a a chance to catch up with my 13,000 credits but if I downgrade, I only get to keep 500, they keep the rest like they paid for it. I’m going to message everyone I know and then cancel, not worth it for me unless I’m sending thousands of messages a month. Also, the notifications never work and the app always signs you out without notice. Check for alternate services like Shout, they’re out there. ### 1/5 — Scam! Do not Use! *2024-03-13, version 4.2.9* If I could give this zero stars I would. The sign up process is confusing. You cannot tell how many texts you will get per credit. I tried to sign up late at night and thought the $300 annual plan would work. But I could not set up a campaign, I could not reach anyone - no phone number and no easy way to get help. Not even the Facebook group lets you in quickly to ask questions or get answers, so customer support is just AI bots until you get persistent or upset. Taste of the future right here. I cancelled (very hard to find the tiny hidden cancel button!) but it did not go through and they charged me. I never was able to even upload names or build a campaign all they had to do was remove credits and give me the refund. Instead they spend countless energy writing me how they won’t give a refund. Stupid business practices. It costs more to argue with an unhappy customer than just give a refund. I went back to EZ texting & Google Voice. Do not even try using this product. Uninstall ### 1/5 — Lost data *2022-05-22, version 3.2.3* I’ve been using this app for about 1.5 years now and this newest update has required me to delete the app on my phone and reinstall. This will cause all my data including all my contacts since beginning to be lost. That’s my business…. Guess I’m now out of luck. Not user friendly. It saves me a lot of time & simplifies my targeted marketing communications. No more missed birthdays, anniversaries, follow-ups or on-boarding connections. Their newer interface, AI, landing pages, etc provides a simple, full-featured asset for growing & sustaining positive relationships.
