## What is Project Journal Daily?

Project Journal is a private journal for tracking how your days actually go, your way.

You could can track anything like...your mood, energy, sleep, habits, and goals, or anything else.

Answer a short set of questions about your day for a couple minutes. These can be from over a dozen built-in questions (mood, energy, productivity, sleep quality, exercise, bedtime, memorable moments), or build your own from scratch!

WHY PROJECT JOURNAL...

• Actually private: everything you write is stored on your device by default. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you choose to create an account for backup.
• No ads!!!! (I mean what Journal has ads)
• Genuinely optional accounts: sign up only if you want automatic cloud backup and the ability to restore your journal on a new device. Every feature works without ever creating one.

WHAT YOU GET

• Daily check-ins: answer what you want, skip what you don't, takes at most a couple minutes.
• A visual Diary calendar you can search and revisit to see your best (and worst) days.
• Stats and charts for every number-based question, with bar and line views and period-over-period comparisons
• Daily goals with a calendar that shows at a glance which days you hit them to keep you focused on yourself.
• Streaks to keep you coming back ;)
• Optional daily reminders
• Export your data in full, anytime...

Journal anything and everything in "Project Journal" with just a couple daily check-in questions!
