## What is Project Life?

Build a life that feels like yours.

Project Life is a self-care and personal growth app with Lira — an AI companion that gets to know you over time, remembers what matters to you, and helps you turn reflection into meaningful change.

Start your day with intention. Check in with yourself during the day. Reflect in the evening. Explore what you want, understand your patterns, and take small steps toward the life you want to create.

WITH LIRA, YOU CAN:
- Set a daily intention based on how you feel and what matters to you
- Talk through thoughts, emotions, decisions, and whatever is on your mind
- Create a vision for the life you want and turn it into achievable steps
- Choose a monthly focus and stay connected to it throughout everyday life
- Reflect on your day and notice patterns that are easy to miss in the moment
- See how your emotional state and priorities change over time
- Receive personalized insights based on your journey

PRACTICES FOR DIFFERENT MOMENTS
Explore a growing library of guided tools you can use whenever you need them:
- Meditations
- Breathing practices
- Body-based practices
- Written exercises
- Mindfulness practices
- Reflection and coaching exercises
- Cards and interactive practices

Whether you want to feel calmer, regain energy, find clarity, reconnect with yourself, or simply make your day more meaningful, you can choose what fits you right now.

YOUR JOURNEY, NOT JUST ANOTHER HABIT TRACKER
Project Life brings your daily experiences together. Your intentions, reflections, conversations, practices, goals, and emotional patterns become part of one evolving picture.

Over time, Lira helps you notice what supports you, what keeps coming up, what is changing, and where you may want to go next.

START WITH "JOURNEY TO YOURSELF"
