Tiek sporto tiek mitybos programa labai išsamios, viskas išaiškinta iki detaliu, iki maisto produktų pavadinimų, kaip pvz kurią duoną ar varškę rinktis, iki kvėpavimo atliekant pratimus, teisingo atlikimo ar pertraukėlių laiko nustatymo. Daug naudingos informacijos “medijoje”. Kainos ir kokybės santykis už šią programą labai geras! Treniruotės labai veiksmingos! Nors dar tik antra savaitė su šia programa, bet neabėjoju, kad jau greit pamatysiu laukiamus rezultatus! Nuoširdus ačiū projekto kūrėjams už apgalvojimą iki kiekvienos smulkmenos! Visiems rekomenduoju išmėginti!
