### 1/5 — No email confirmation for 1 year of trying

*2026-07-16*

If this is a serious “citizen science project” I should be allowed to join. (I am master naturalist certified.) I have been trying on and off for a year. IF you are selective about your participants fine - indicate so in app signup!

### 1/5 — Password Reset Fail

*2026-06-11*

I want this app to work. I’ve spent a redonkulous amount if time trying to get my login to work. I’m on iphone 16 running iOS 26.5.

### 1/5 — No App support

*2025-11-25*

I downloaded this app a week ago & have been unable to get an email account verification.

### 1/5 — Never got confirmation email

*2025-11-21*

I tried to register twice but never got a confirmation email.

### 1/5 — Page not found

*2025-11-19*

Is this app active?

### 5/5 — Citizen science in action

*2026-02-05*

Love this app, so fun to track individuals. I haven’t captured any tags yet, but I have put in a lot of effort in cool places that are currently missing on the map. Please add a feature for tracking effort and null findings.

### 5/5 — Where can I get Tags?

*2025-10-03*

This is great, a big step forward in tracking monarchs. Where do average citizens get tags to increase the number of monarchs tracked?

### 5/5 — Hurray for citizen science!

*2024-10-08*

My only complaint is that you don’t have a record of the butterflies you found to follow their history. Or if there’s a way to favorite butterflies.

It would be a great Girl Scout/boy/eagle to make signs for butterfly gardens that include a QR code for folks to download the app. I know this is early stages but I’m so looking forward for this to expand and would love to learn how to tag butterflies myself!

### 5/5 — Cool app, but it needs more people to downlaod

*2023-11-30*

I am in Philadelphia- no monarchs nearby. All the monarchs identified in the app are in southern New Jersey - mostly in Cape May dates from Oct thru mid Nov 2023. Do the scientists know where the butterflies might be now? It would be good to let people know so we can tell others to download the app. It would great if you add a share app option so people can easily notify others who might be in the butterfly migration path
