I love this app.

I have been using it everyday and my posture is already better.  It does not take long to do the exercises and I can do them anywhere, even while traveling.

The videos are clear and concise and have allowed me to do the exercises correctly.

Wonderful product!  Thanks for helping me feel better!

This app is so good I downloaded it on a friends iphone just so I can give it 5 stars. Big up man like Sean. I feel like a rubber band now I’m so stretched out. Come at me world!
