## What is Project RESET?

Project RESET, a 5-year government-funded research initiative. It aims to gain a deeper understanding about Singapore population's metabolism, heart and liver health as well as lifestyle behavior to prevent heart diseases, including heart attack and stroke.

If you are a participant of Project RESET, it will give you feedback on your health by tracking your health data, remind you to visit our health facility, and generate detailed report of your health after each visit!
