My only issue with it is (a lot of people will agree) is the gems they are too hard to get! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — game is no longer live *2024-01-19* edit: don’t download this game! it is not a functional app. they shut down last month, according to their facebook. original: i would have loved to try this game, but i spent a good 20 minutes just trying to get in. first it downloaded, which took a while. when i opened the app, it started patching, which took a while. finally when i got to the landing page i logged in with my apple account. nothing happened. i tried a couple more times then i restarted the app. same thing. i pressed “fix” in the corner, and it deleted the patches and redownloaded them. after a while, i got back to the log-in page. i tried multiple times to log in, and each time it loaded for a bit then told me my connection was bad. i’m literally sitting 5 feet from my router. so i tried again a few more times, closing and opening the app between tries. i turned my wifi off and tried over cellular data. nothing worked. so… i’d love to even be able to try this game but i guess i cant. that was frustrating! ### 1/5 — What’s the point of dress-up if you can’t actually put together the outfits?? *2022-06-29, version 1.0.17* What’s the point of the dress-up aspect of the game if the outfits are already put together? All you can do is accessorise. You can’t put together an outfit like in other games like this which makes it pretty sub-par and boring. It feel like there’s not really a point to the dress-up part. ### 1/5 — They will scam you *2021-01-22, version 1.0.2* I played a lot and spent money in this game. Recently they came out with a new unit advertised as "Guaranteed 7* in X amount of pulls", after pulling and receiving nothing, I contacted the company. They said it was a "mistranslation", and refused to refund me for what I had spent. They immediately changed the banner text. They basically told me it was my fault and I was "overreacting" to their mistake. I'm not even sure if it's a mistake at this point, since they have had "mistranslations" on other things you can buy in the game. Anyway, Apple agreed with me and issued a refund. If you don't want to be scammed and lied to for money, don't even bother. ### 1/5 — Purchased diamonds and didn’t get them *2021-01-01, version 1.0.2* So I bought a diamond pack and I got all the rewards for getting said diamond pack except the diamonds themselves. When I went to try to find a support button to inform them, I didn’t find a single contact method. If you do play, do not spend the money. I spend $100 on a pack and didn’t see a single diamond. ### 2/5 — Are you serious? *2021-01-28, version 1.0.2* I honestly find this game entertaining and time consuming but I have some serious issues that are really bad. How come you can’t change your skin tone! That’s awful, and second off one of the hair names are “Gypsy Gal” and the word g*psy is a slur! That’s absolutely horrible that your going to name something that and not realize what your doing. I get this is a game of Asian origin but realize that having skin color options is a big deal and try not to use slurs... seriously. ### 2/5 — Glitches *2021-01-04, version 1.0.2* The game really is nice overall but the producers have a lot to achieve. As you go, obviously it gets harder to “level up” as any other game would but the amount of time, money and effort put to achieve higher levels and titles is quite exhausting. The most frustrating part of the game, however, is the crashing and glitching. If you have played this game for a while, you’ll know in order to achieve a higher position, you have to gain a certain level of influence points. I did and then tried to level up my position, and the game crashed. I restarted it but my influence points were lost. Worse of all, no one to reach out to and nothing to do about it. When I finally had the time, I logged in and all my progress was gone. I had a lot of stuff too. It runs really slow and crashes all the time. There’s a lot to do, but with how slow it runs it’s often too much. It takes me hours to complete every little daily task. From encounters to concerts and movie auditions. There’s a lot to keep track of, which would be great if it wasn’t so slow and crashing all the time ### 3/5 — Decent Game VERY Pay to Win *2021-01-02, version 1.0.2* This games has a wide varieties of mini game or event within the game itself. And The images and clothings are really beautiful and detailed. I love the fact that there are so many systems like check on your phone to chat with the artists or helping your trainee and winning fame to be more popular. It gives the users a more immersive experience overall. The main issues is that you can’t really progress very far or at least it takes a much more considerable amount of time to reach the same levels and status compared to VIP/Paying players. That means that any competitions regarding user ranking, a non- paying user has no shots at winning/ taking the first 40 spots. There’s multiple subtle limitations all across the game. And theres so many advertisements about paid options it felts a little annoying. Understandable since the game needs to pay its employees, but maybe not constantly shoving the whole concept down my throat. There are still quite a few bugs where many users report that they have trouble starting the game or that it crashes every so and then. The art style is gorgeous, and I enjoy most of the clothes I’ve seen so far. My main issues come from the beginning itself. The like... first five minutes of a game is usually whenever I decide if I’d enjoy to keep playing. With this one: it has all of the tutorials for like every single widget in which you can’t skip it. I understand a basic tutorial, but it pretty much just tells you everything you need to know all at once. I imagine it could be better if it wasn’t shoved all in your face at once. Like.. if it gave you the basics and then once you click on one of the options, it tells you more about it. Obviously, it’s a lot like Love Nikki, which is fine. It just seems less polished than it in itself. It could have taken a more narrative perspective which I think could have been useful, it’s definitely a lot easier to consume. But, really, I have ADHD and dyslexia, so this may be easier for other people, but the beginning is incredibly hard to follow in my opinion. Positive, though! The art is really, really gorgeous. And I love the style. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Sad *2023-11-12* I’m so sad that I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now and haven’t beat all the levels and still have so much to do but I recently found out that at the end of this month, all servers are shutting down and I’ll no longer be able to play the game. It’s such a good game with a good story and pretty outfits. I’m sad to see it go and I hope that some day it can come back better than ever but I know that’s unlikely to happy. Love the every outfit design and the people on this game is so nice! The only problem is that it took pretty long time to promote position. And another problem is you can only play the game with wifi so if you dont have wifi I recommend you shouldn’t play this game. Good things about this game is if you new its pretty easy to promote position and they have guides to help u understand more. But its kinda hard to earn diamonds at first. ### 5/5 — Experience *2021-06-18, version 1.0.10* I read lots of the critiques complaining about different things here is my experience. I have had this app for about 6 months I believe and first it was hard getting diamonds but now it’s really easy to get lots of items. It does take time to get things done if you haven’t played as long as I have but you have to actually be interested in the game. I don’t struggle staying in the top either when you frequently return to the game for example my favorite event is Carnival and I come back to the game exactly every 2 hours with full health to get more points. I have no money to buy things so I rely on diamonds which are also easy to get the more you play. You can get more diamonds the more you level up. In the beginning most things are locked until you get to certain level but with ABC ranks I’m not sure how new players are coping with the diamond issue but I recently made it to H rank working for G Interactivity is super fun I love the people in my server. I have to use a VPN on regular internet though or WiFi to connect in the game just a warning. Follow their Facebook for updates and codes !! The art is very pretty and I enjoy the mini games. ### 5/5 — Enjoyable Game *2021-04-15, version 1.0.5* I know people have said it is a pay-to-win game and such but I have gotten quite far within the 12 days I’ve been playing without needing to spend any money whatsoever. I will say there are quite a few different features and things to do which does keep you busy for quite some time, it’s a good game if you want something quick to log into or stay online for a couple hours grinding. Not to mention everyone’s quite sweet (although that may be only my server) and they’re very helpful if needed anything in general. I have also noticed that some people have mentioned it is similar to Love Nikki, yes in some sense it is but it’s format is completely different. If anything, the format is more similar to Royal Chaos with the several buttons, different intricate features and events as well as the quests found in the bottom left corner. I also enjoy the Artistes having different personalities and interactions when you log in and click on them, it adds more to the game than there already is. There’s always constant events and different things happening that keep you on your toes and bring you competitiveness to the max.
