## What is Project Sundrop?

Sundrop keeps a small group's Walt Disney World trip in one place, so everyone sees the same plan and nobody misses a thing.

A TRIP FOR THE PEOPLE YOU INVITE
The organizer plans the trip and sends an invite link. Tap it once to join. There's no account to create and no password to remember: the trip lives in the organizer's iCloud and is shared only with the people they invite. Without an invite, you can look around a sample trip.

DAY BY DAY
Every day of the trip, with its timeline, reservations and anything still to sort out. During the trip, Sundrop opens straight to today.

PARK GUIDE
Every ride, show and parade at each park. Mark each one Want or Skip so nothing gets missed just because it wasn't planned for. Check rides off as you go, and see at a glance which ones your youngest rider is tall enough for.

UPDATES
When plans change, the organizer posts an update and everyone gets a notification. The whole history stays in the Updates tab.

NEXT STEPS
A shared checklist for everything before you go, from dining reservations to packing. Give a task to someone, set a due date, and check it off from the app or right from your Home Screen.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN
Widgets count down to the trip and show what's next on the checklist. On park days, a Live Activity keeps the next plan and its countdown on your Lock Screen.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Check off rides and tasks even when the park's signal drops; Sundrop sends them the moment you're back online.

Sundrop is free, with no ads, no tracking and no data collected.

Tap any task in Next Steps to edit its wording, tags or due date. The AI updater now adds to-dos to Next Steps instead of a trip day.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-19

Home Screen widgets: a countdown to the trip, and your next steps, filterable by person.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-24

Checking off Next Steps, rides and Park Guide picks now saves reliably, and changes made on different phones no longer overwrite each other. Itinerary updates also refresh in the background.
