## What is Project Tools?

MARIProject is a business management solution for small and midsize businesses working on a project-oriented basis. The solution is particularly suitable for the EC&O and professional services industry, such as engineering, consulting and software companies. MARIProject is an add-on to SAP Business One. (MS-SQL or SAP HANA) 
Key Functionalities
* Manage Customer and Project Data: You have easy access to the contact details of your business partners and projects, have phone numbers and addresses immediately at hand and can retrieve the latest project statuses. 
* Time and Travel Expenses Entry: Employees can enter their project time and travel expenses in the system complete with all documents regardless of location and time. This streamlines business processes, such as invoicing, and the management always has up-to-date information about the current project status. 
* Edit Support Tickets: Support requests or failures normally leave little room for delay. Therefore it is all the more helpful that you are immediately informed on maintenance cases with MARIProject and that you can act promptly. 
* Apply and Approve Vacation: Employees send vacation requests for approval to their managers who can reject or approve applications for leave. The employee receives a response automatically, e.g. by email. 
* View Reports/Analyses: You can view reports, such as project journals or balance lists, on your iPhone or iPad and if requested, send them by email to the business partner or employee. 
* Integrate Documents/Images: High-quality photos can be made via iPhone or iPad. Integrate these images in MARIProject, for example as a travel document, to demonstrate a failure or as a document for your project folder. 
* Approval/Rejection: Like vacation requests, you can also approve projects or purchase and sales documents via iPhone or iPad. Your employees will receive a confirmation directly and they can act immediately.

Note: To use the MARINGO MARIProject App with your own business data, you require the MARINGO solution MARIProject based on SAP Business One. The application works directly with the Web server in the company.

Adaption to the newest iOS Version

The display of the Web Client was accelerated. 
Downloading documents or images from the folder or a support process now opens the document in Safari, making post-processing easier.
The home screen has been simplified to show only the MARINGO logo.
The automatic login now also works on older (slower) iPhones.
Access to the camera or images, for example to upload travel expense receipts, is now explained with a text in the Apple security message.
The opening of the app from an email (for example for a vacation approval) has been fixed.

New Features/Fixes in 1.5.1:
  - The recognition of wider barcodes has been optimized, so that it works more reliable on devices with lower camera quality. It might be required to scan in landscape rotation to speed up the recognition.
  - The request of a page of the web client happened twice since version 1.5.0, which could result in unwanted effects. For example, the creation of a travel record would result in two new lines.
