## What is ProjectFlow?

ProjectFlow is a lightweight, offline-first project management app for iPhone and iPad — a focused Jira and Trello alternative that keeps your data in your own iCloud, not on any external server.

— WORKSPACES & PROJECTS —

• Create workspaces for teams or organisations, then organise work into projects within each workspace.
• Archive projects when they're done — data is always retained, never deleted by default.
• Share an entire workspace with collaborators via iCloud's native CKShare — no extra accounts required.

— TICKETS —

• Create tickets with a title, description, status, priority, assignee, and due date.
• Status: To Do · In Progress · Blocked · In Review · Done — change with a single tap.
• Priority: Low · Medium · High · Critical.
• Assign tickets to any workspace member; they see the ticket immediately across all their devices.
• Soft-delete tickets to Trash — all deleted tickets are recoverable for 30 days.

• Add threaded comments to any ticket; mention collaborators to trigger a local notification.
