Its primary purpose is to determine the size of a projected image given various information about the projector and it's location. ProjectorCalc allows users to enter details for a projector and its location in relation to a projection surface. ProjectorCalc will calculate image width, image height, diagonal length, brightness in Nits, total projected area, and how many pixels per inch the projected image will be. It seems they recently upgraded it, and I couldn't be happier. For anyone doing large or small scale 3-D projection mapping projects, this app is simply the best out there. It isn't perfect and there is room for improvement - but this is the most versatile, simple, and helpful tool out there. Provides fast, accurate, and even off axis calculations. I have programmed entire projection festivals using this one tool. Pretty amazing!
