jobs are only tracked up to two weeks which is insane especially for most installers that get paid for installs two weeks prior to payment… extremely glitchy. If you click on anything too fast without refreshing 50 times you risk getting the wrong name and address. Which can be rough for somebody who works cities away…

I’m constantly having problems with this app. It wants you to create new password every month or two. The App freezes, website has trouble loading anything. Their customer support isn’t very good.

So many glitches, it won’t let you do anything it says it will. Constantly having to change my password as it “expires” It’s a job scheduling app not my banking and social information. Don’t bother downloading or using for your business.

2 weeks ago when i setup Vacation request… office people couldn’t see and filled my schedule with jobs. Sometimes it wouldn’t update job from yesterday to today and you leave the house to the wrong address. Today after update whole app just crashes… can’t even log in and see my schedule

When the app works it’s very useful but it’s very rare that it works correctly. You can complain and send emails but the app stays the same. Really buggy.
