Lots of bugs, they fix one issue and create two more. It never gave me issues to complain about over the course of a year. I switched to an IPhone and now it’s god awful. Half the time it will not get past the white screen with the hammer. The features are strong, and when it works, it works well. But the ongoing glitching is a real problem. There’s nothing worse than spending time writing a contract only for the program to hiccup and lose everything. It’s frustrating, especially when you rely on it for professional work. I do want to highlight that their customer service is consistently five‑star. They respond every time, and they genuinely try to help.
