Pro KPO is an AI-powered workforce operations platform built for home-care agencies. Manage scheduling, caregiver communications, attendance, payroll preparation, client updates, and care handovers from one secure workspace.
ROXY AI SCHEDULING
Create and update shifts using natural voice or text commands. Find caregiver coverage based on availability, qualifications, distance, preferences, and agency rules. Collect confirmations and keep schedulers focused on the exceptions that need attention.
VERIFIED CAREGIVER VISITS
Clock in and out with job-site GPS and geofencing when required by the agency. Use fast selfie matching for caregiver identity verification. Monitor active shifts and identify missed clock-outs or incomplete handovers.
CAREGIVER WORKSPACE
Review schedules and shift offers, access job-site directions and approved care instructions, complete checklists and handover records, and view work hours and projected earnings.
AGENCY OPERATIONS
Monitor live shifts, attendance alerts, open coverage, and operational exceptions. Review payroll hours, prepare reports, and keep caregiver, client, and job-site information organized.
CLIENT & FAMILY PORTAL
Review visit schedules and approved caregiver information, share feedback, send private non-emergency requests, and receive care updates from the agency.
