The punch feature works well and allows me to streamline my morning routine. I’ve requested time off and applied Vacation via the app and everything worked perfectly. It does what it supposed to and they add improvements frequently. ### 2/5 — Not reliable *2026-06-03, version 3.6.8* Have a lot of trouble getting in. Or once I’m in I can’t sign in. This also affects the mobile website on iOS 16 on Safari and other browsers, rendering Proliant unusable on mobile all together. ### 1/5 — App malfunction *2025-10-16* The app was working fine but a couple days ago it stopped letting me clock in or out. the page is just blank, no matter if i restart my phone, undownload it, check my wifi. it simply doesn’t show up and it’s inconvenient. I left an email no response and I tried calling and “no representative is available to answer your call” after being on standby for 15 min. If there’s work being done to the app, there should at least be a notice. Complete time and labor with geo fencing and job costing. PTO tracking. Easy access to wage data that exports at a push of a bottom. Even an employee directory and options for instant earned wage access. This app is elite. My guess is that any bad reviews are from the past. We last looked at this 3 years ago and it’s grown tremendously since then! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-02, version 3.6.8* Slow to send reset and username request emails. Flags your answers to security questions as invalid and closes account for 15 minutes Everytime unnecessarily. Horrible interface. ### 1/5 — Can’t use ready pay feature *2026-05-18, version 3.6.8* Has not added my pay so that I can use ready pay, as I do weekly. Likely because the date on the app is set to Thursday, before I worked my hours, rather than today, Sunday. Annoying and inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Clock in and out is hit or miss *2026-05-15, version 3.6.8* Geez. It won’t let you clock in or clock out half the time. Wish my company would go back to PayCom. I had about $200 in there and I tried to transfer it and so far it hasn’t come through. I’ve waited for a few hours and still nothing in my account. I worked really hard for my money and I can’t have anyone stealing my money from me.
