Я ненавиджу цей застосунок! Абсолютно 0 френдлі UX!!!  Щоб зробити замовлення, реєструватись не потрібно, що перевірити статус замовлення по посиланню відправленому в повідомленнях, користувач має пройти 10 колів пекла і все одно не має можливість перевірити статус! Абсурд! Я вже хвилин 5+ дивлюсь на той кружечок на скріні ʼпросто увійди - … вообще не просто! Знущання!

Після встановлення додатка сторінка з замовленням відкриється автоматично. Проте, ви можете й надалі відстежувати всі ваші замовлення у розділі “Відстеження замовлення” в мобільній або вебверсії кабінету.

Оформив смарт підписку, а на пошті всеодно беруть як за звичайну посилку. Можливо це прокол самої пошти, але факт!

It’s a burden to search for the goods. After you’ve ordered something the app will annoy you to leave feedback. You can dismiss the mess, but it’s on again next time! It happened twice to me that payment was written off twice for the same, called bank to cancel transaction. Be aware.

Прийшло повідомлення мені на пошту мовляв я замовила якийсь блін дизельний нагрівач, щоб зайти на свій акаунт хоч об стіну головою треба номер телефону. До служби підтримки не достукатись бот хоче номер телефону який не працює, все впирається в той ******** номер телефону. Люди в компанії схоже вимерли як динозаври. Навіть 0 зірок не поставити.

Пошук, як завжди, найгірший, що колись бачив на маркетплейсі. Скільки років - нічого не змінюється. 
Вирішення проблем - теж саме, за роки нічого не змінюється. Головна задача - не дай боже повернути гроші покупцеві. Супровід нікудишній, тому і відповідають рідко, бо невирішених проблем не стає менше, якщо їх не вирішувати.
«Безкоштовна доставка» за 50 грн - не спрацювала - технічний збій, тепер повернути гроші це геморой, легше забути. 
Нажаль, велика кількість продавців вибирає пром, як єдину площадку для торгівлі (може їм пром платить за це?😀), тому іноді його використовую.

Кусок лайна на якому нічого не працює. Та сама безкоштовна доставка в відділеня розетка. Воно є. Но у вас пише що немає. І куча інших приколів.

Приложение работает только в вертикальной ориентации на iPad Pro. Лучше уже пользоваться сайтом, или вообще купить где-нибудь в другом месте.
