## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-21

Google sign-in problems are clearer: where the app knows what went wrong it now says so instead of showing one generic message, and when you can get in another way it tells you how — including a password reset if you've only ever signed in with Google.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-12

This update corrects our App Store description so it accurately reflects what the app does. There are no functional changes in this version.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-22

Fixes reported by our first users:

• A unit marked as sold can now be set back to available. Sold units stay in the unit menu instead of disappearing, so a unit marked sold by mistake is no longer stuck that way.

• Marking a unit as sold now asks for confirmation first, and explains what it changes.

• Sending a tenant invitation now asks for confirmation and shows the email address it will go to, so an invitation is no longer sent by an accidental tap.

• Dashboard amounts are shown in whole dollars, and the rent tiles now add up to the total.

• Fixed a properties list that could report "0 properties" while showing one. Sold properties are now counted separately.

• The "Sold" badge no longer overlaps the unit number.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-11

Fixes and improvements:

- Documents and receipts now open reliably on device. Tapping a lease document, an uploaded file or a payment receipt opens it in the system viewer instead of failing silently.
- Refreshed the app icon.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-10

No release notes.
