I was flying it then I click on the return home button then it did not return to the take off location and one of the blade hit something even if the drone had the blade protector. Since then the drone can’t take off. Whenever I try 3 of the blades turn then shot off and the app there is a massage that says Motor protection. I try to call. Email the costumer support for the last 3 weeks they never email me back and the phone number their provide they never answer no matter the time you call. Is there a real customer service for the this company? Please fix the iPhone app. 1/5/18 So my iPhone updated with the new bug fix today. I take my drone out to try it and still the video freezes and can’t be used. So just for fun I hit the “follow me” button and my drone took off from its position and just flew uncontrolled away from me until it hit a tree. Now my drone has several broken parts. It has a nice interface and everything is easy to operate.
