I enjoy this app a great deal. It’s a bit over complicated but that’s the price you pay for a feature rich desktop. 

My main complaint and why I deduct two stars, is the inability to import your own original music tracks. You are stuck with their in App Library. Which is not bad.  But being able to use your own music to set the vibe needs to be included  or you as a creator will eventually outgrow this app or at least just you’ll use it to just create elements that you will export into another editor. One that can marry sound to picture.

いつも撮った写真の背景を消すために利用しています。かなり解像度が良く、きれいに切り抜きできて重宝していたのですが、最近保存できなくなりました。画像を読み込んで、色んなツールを設定したあと保存しようとすると、0%から動きません。キャンセルもできず固まった状態になるため、どうすればいいでしょうか？

課金しないで使える範囲で2年程写真の編集に使っていました。背景を消したり文字を入れたりテンプレ使って編集したり機械音痴でも使いやすかったのですが…。
2024/12月、アップグレードしてくださいと出たのでタップしたらアプリの画面が出て、普通ならそこでアップグレード出来る（と思っている）のですが、［開く］しか出ない🤔のでタップするとアプリに戻りアップグレードしてくださいと出てしまいその繰り返しでアプリが使えなくなりました😢残念。暫く待ったらまた使えるようになるのかなぁ…
→このコメントの数日後、ディベロッパーさんからメールが来ましてアプリを削除して再インストールしたところ、又使えるようになりました。前より無料で使える機能が増えていて楽しく編集しています♪

When you click on text, it is not possible to select a text. It moves to the second list. There is an error. It is not possible to select a text for writing. The movement is random

If you would like to select a specific layer in a template, such as editing a particular text box, you can click the "Layer" button located to the left of the export button in the top-right corner of the editing room. 

Clicking this button will expand all the layers within the template, allowing you to choose the one you wish to edit without accidentally selecting other layers.

Magic AI design options just doesn’t work. Waste of time.

Several reviews said this is a great easy to use app for invitation templates. I think it's more for experienced media savvy professional use.

仕事で一括編集使ってるけど、毎回毎回毎回画像が消える！10枚ずつ編集してるけど、必ず画像は消えたり飛んだり、一括編集したあと個々に編集してると何故か前の画像がいきなり出てきたり、画像が消えたり、保存すると編集したものが消えていたり、ストレス半端ない！お金払ってるんだから、バグり多いのなんとかしろ！てか、カネ返せ！星1にも値しない！

I have a Promeo 365 and PowerDirector 365 subscription. Explain to me why I can’t use any premium features on this app? According to the app, I apparently don’t have a Premium subscription, despite logging into my account on the Promeo app using the same account details and email that I used to sign into my Cyberlink account where I requested, saved and printed off an invoice stating that I’m paying for a Promeo 365 subscription. So, either the Promeo 365 subscription I’m paying for is not Promeo Premium, in which case the information online is confusing and wrong  - it says Promeo 365 is a suite of products/software that includes Promeo Premium - or the iOS app is faulty in that it’s incapable of syncing subscription information from a Cyberlink account into the iOS app, despite being signed into the iOS app WITH THAT CYBERLINK ACCOUNT. 
Idk if I was supposed to purchase an iOS specific subscription or if it’s just a significant oversight in the design/coding of the software, but it’s like the app doesn’t recognise a user should have premium access based on the details of their account - the account literally logged into in the app - when the user’s premium subscription has been paid for directly through a subscription on their Cyberlink account as opposed to through the app itself via Apple/iTunes, as mine has been. So now I have an annual subscription to a product I can’t access on the iOS app on my phone that I purchased the subscription to be able to access this way 😒

Die App friert oft ein und darüber hinaus kosten manche Sachen trotz Abo noch extra. Nee, dann zahle ich lieber mehr und nehme Canva. Da kann man dann auch noch den Hintergrund aus einem Video entfernen, für mich eine unverzichtbar Funktion!

以前は無料で十分使えてたけど、アップデートしたらプレミアムにアップグレードしないと編集できる回数に制限ができた。
イベントのポスターを日時と場所だけ編集して使い回してたので使えなくなって残念です。
そもそも保存した状態でデータが残っておらず、必ず余計な編集が必要だったのがおかしかった。
ちゃんと保存されてれば無料のまま使えてた。
プレミアムにしたらまともに使えるのかも疑問なのでアップグレードはしません。

It’s not clear how to use and too many templates but it’s so difficult to find how to make my original way.I spent so much time to find how to use this apps but failed. Such a waste of time and money with this and very disappointed.

もしかして、プレミアム会員にならないと保存出来ないのですか。。

アップデートにより文字入力が別ウィンドウから直接編集画面になり、パソコンでは使いやすいのでしょうが、スマートフォン(私はiPhone)ではかなり使いにくくなりました。
解約を検討する程にです。

Yahoo知恵袋でも編集の仕方がわからない！使いにくい！と多くの声が上がっていますし、
今回の編集についてのアップデートは改悪と言わざるを得ません。

デベロッパーの方もし見てたら修正をお願いしたいと思います。
