Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't—it seems the only way to actually get connected is to call the office directly. And that’s despite using the exact same ID and password every time. ### 1/5 — New update ruined it *2026-03-24, version 25.2.352* Was a simple app. But now they took away the simplicity and made the app into a VERY slow browser.
