Was a simple app. But now they took away the simplicity and made the app into a VERY slow browser. Its just loading up the website for you to view. Also the new website is terrible too! Im switching banks im done.

Logging in is truly a struggle. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't—it seems the only way to actually get connected is to call the office directly. And that’s despite using the exact same ID and password every time.

Easy to use and pretty simple.
NOA Bank serves the Korean community and it does its job. I never had any issues and touch ID and Face ID works well.
