## What is Promises?

Most affirmation apps hand every woman the same words.

Promises writes yours.

Written for Christian women, in the seasons that ask the most of them.

Tell it where you are: what fills your days, what you are carrying, what you are hoping God will do. Every morning it writes ten short promises for that life. Not for women in general. For the four o'clock when you have nothing left. For the month that runs out before the money does. For the house that has gone quiet.

Each one carries something God has actually said, anchored to scripture, and you speak it over your own day.

WHAT YOU GET EACH DAY

Ten promises written from your own answers, each one anchored to a Bible verse. Turn a card over to read the verse it stands on.

Three quieter reflections at night, for laying the day down.

Every promise can be spoken aloud in a warm voice, saved to return to, or shared as an image.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT

This is not manifestation. Nothing here asks you to summon anything into being, or to believe hard enough to earn it. What God has promised is already finished, and these words are how you receive it into today.

Nothing here will tell you to try harder. There is no scolding for a day you missed, no broken chains, no guilt. Miss a morning and you are simply met again the next one, because His mercies are new.

And nothing here will promise you an outcome God has not. Your promises will speak of His nearness, His provision, His timing and His faithfulness, never a guarantee about how a particular week ends.

HONEST ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE

Your promises name what is real. If you are tired, they say so, and then they say what God says over it. Faith that pretends is not faith.

BUILT QUIETLY

Choose a colour that suits you. Pin a verse to your home screen. Set a reminder for the hour you actually have. Soft music while you read, or none at all.

Your answers are yours. There is no feed, no profile, no one else to compare yourself to.
