WHY CAN’T YOU UPLOAD YOUR OWN VIDEOS/PICTURES?! How am I supposed to promote my products when I can’t even preview them? Lol. Makes no sense. The desktop version is better but way too expensive ($500 for the year..). I hate that you can search for songs on the app, you literally have to guess what genre it’s filtered under. The app has not fixed a problem with sound and you can’t listen to their library songs. The app doesn’t let you correct mistakes or make changes after you publish it. Though luck if your team makes changes to your campaign after you published the video. Your loss. Team Promo ### 3/5 — Could have been great *2020-06-28, version 1.2.6* So I downloaded the app because it was rated a great app on Google. I found a lot of cool templates that I could easily edit to make my own and cater to my brand however it prompted me that I would have to purchase the premium which was fine because it was only $10 a month or $60 for the year. However once I purchase the premium I did notGet access to the features. I will say that the customer service is very good because I received a response in less than five minutes however it’s been a full day and there has been no resolution to this issue. I was last sold so standby as the issue would be forwarded to their team and I would receive an email. I don’t think that it should take this long for the problem to be solved. I am now browsing through other apps so that create promo videos. ### 1/5 — WASTE OF MONEY *2020-06-08, version 1.2.6* DO NOT buy this app if you’re planning on uploading your own pictures and videos. There is NO option to do so on the mobile app and the desktop version BARELY works. WASTE OF $10! ### 1/5 — “Oops something went wrong” KEEPS CRASHING!!! *2020-05-22, version 1.2.5* App allows you to make commercials and then crashes when it’s time to “publish” your commercial. I personally believe that it’s a marketing tactic to get you to purchase the “full service” of at least $100/mo. Every since I got the $100/mo subscription... I haven’t had a single problem. I believe this is a ploy and here’s how... They get you hooked by setting the app to work without problems for a week or two (on the discounted and limited version). Then all of a sudden the app begins to crash. I tried for 3 days and now it’s turn into at least a month to get help and the mobile app keeps crashing. This has caused hours of frustration and wasted time.👎🏽 Can’t make a SINGLE VIDEO ANYMORE on the version that’s discounted.
