Currently, we are running some problems with Promote app, and to be honest with you, I'm still determining when or even if it will be resolved. You can get a full refund through App Store. Sorry for the inconvenience.” ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work *2021-02-05, version 1.13.0* I purchased the one year subscription and the app doesn’t work. I can’t do anything and I have reached out through the contact methods and I haven’t gotten a response. I edited captions and downloaded templates without unwanted watermarks, etc. Anyone can use it for ads or social media. Basically, all features are available (super cool!). I could upload my own video and use it with fonts, filters, and music from free templates. Everything works smoothly except template downloading but this is probably a matter of internet connection (I had weak WiFi at a moment).
