I paid for family membership of the previous version of the app (over $100). Now I am deeply unhappy with design and trying to get my refund. Responses from customers service (humans, not AI) take several days. At this point, customer service feels non-existent - just bot-like replies and no real help. I’ve asked multiple times for a full refund because I can’t use the app properly, but still no meaningful response. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would have expected assistance within 24 hours, but 5 days later I still haven’t heard anything. The ad that made me click on the app featured videos which you talked along with to master complex French. I couldn’t find this in the app and the lessons just seemed simple and annoying.
