Misleading Trial

When you click on the seven day free trial button, it opens up a $19.99 yearly subscription. Which I clicked on thinking it was a free trial. I immediately canceled the subscription and deleted the app in frustration, but lost my $20.

You're right, and I'm sorry — that screen was misleading. It offered a 7-day trial that rolled into a $19.99/year subscription without making that clear enough. I've since removed subscriptions from Prompt Pilot entirely. There's now a free trial that requires no payment method, and if you want to keep the app it's a single one-time purchase — no auto-renewal, ever. For the $19.99 you were charged, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple handles all App Store billing). If that doesn't go through, email me at mergisi@gmail.com and I'll sort it out personally.
