You get fifteen gems to start. Problem 1.) When you generate an image an add would pop up. Normally you should be able to X out of the add. Most of the time I was finding I could close an ad out to view the generated photo without closing the app. You close the app, you lose a gem. For somebody testing the waters, this made me not want to remotely pay for it. Problem 2.) The opportunities for the gems didn’t actually work. It opens the app asking to allow for notifications and you’ll get more gems. I did, and it didn’t. This was my initial findings and with as expensive as the app can be, I did not find it to be remotely worth the cost.
