## What is Promptly?

Promptly turns your iPhone or iPad into a teleprompter and a camera at the same time.

Write or import your script, press record, and your lines scroll over the camera preview while you speak, so your eyes stay on the lens instead of your notes.

VOICE SCROLL
- The script follows your voice as you read and waits when you pause
- Lines you have already said fade back, so you never lose your place
- Works in 13 languages, including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Japanese and Hindi

RECORD LIKE A PRO
- Front or back camera, portrait or landscape (16:9 for YouTube)
- Up to 4K on cameras that support it
- Watch a take back, share it, or start again from the top
- Videos save straight to Photos, with no watermark

CAPTIONS IN ONE TAP
Your phone listens to your latest take and writes the captions. Pick a style, fix any word, and save a copy of the video with the captions burned in, or export an .srt file for your editor.

WRITE FASTER
- Draft a script with AI, or start from a quick template
- Paste from the clipboard, or import .txt, .md, .csv, .rtf and .pdf files
- Organise talking points as tags when you prefer bullets

READ YOUR WAY
- Auto-scroll at the pace you set, with a countdown before you start
- Mirror mode for teleprompter rigs, and a full-screen reader for a second device
- Text size, opacity and background under your control
- Hands-free control from a Bluetooth keyboard or page-turner remote

YOUR SCRIPT LIBRARY
Every script stays on your device: searchable, sortable and easy to find again.
