Pronto sends a trained Pronto Pro to your home for the chore you need handled: sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, a sharp clean before guests show up. House help took the day off? Friends coming over in an hour? Open the app, pick a slot, and a Pronto Professional shows up at your doorstep in 15 minutes for instant bookings, or at the time you've scheduled.

What you can book

20 services across home help. Pick one, or stack a few into a single visit so one Pro handles everything in one trip.

Hourly help: Book a Pro for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or up to 3 hours. They take on whatever you point them at during the slot.

Cleaning by room: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Kitchen Cabinet Cleaning, Fridge Cleaning (interior and exterior), Balcony Cleaning, and Fan Cleaning. We bring the equipment for the fan.

Floor and dust care: Sweeping & Mopping, Dusting & Wiping, and Window Cleaning (interior side; exterior depends on access).

Kitchen and dishes: Utensils for the dishes, and Kitchen Prep for chopping, marinating, and basic prep work when you're racing the clock before guests.

Laundry and wardrobe: Laundry, Ironing & Folding, and Complete Wardrobe Cleaning, which empties the wardrobe, cleans it, and refolds and rehangs everything so it looks reset.

One-off help: Pre-Party Express Clean for a sharp tidy before guests, After-Party Express Clean for the morning after, and Packing or Unpacking when you're moving in or out.

Support and policies

Customer support is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on +91 9910483315 or help@withpronto.com. Pay in-app via UPI, debit or credit cards, or wallets. No cash payments. Cancel any booking from the app before the Pro arrives. Cancellations made well in advance are at no charge; cancellations close to the booking time may carry a small charge to cover the Pro's reserved slot. If a visit falls short, contact us and we'll send a replacement Pro or refund where appropriate. You only pay per visit, and there is no setup charge for recurring bookings.

I had placed a booking on this app atleast 2 days previous to the day i needed cleaning. The booking was for 8:30 am. At 8:30 am i got a notification that the partner will be assigned shortly. I started a live chat and asked to speak to a support executive. The support executive named regina got assigned to me at 9:15 or so. I dont know what the timings for these people are. I went to the website and called both numbers available for grievance and none of the numbers were working. Finally, when regina got in touch with me, the hub manager was informed. The partner reached me at close to 10 am. What surprises me is that i feel if i hadnt raised the issue, the “hub manager” would not have arranged anybody to come and work for me. Highly disappointed with the technical staff of pronto. No grievance with the partner assigned but if you say that your support executives are available from 7 am to 10 pm as mentioned on their website, they should be accessible. Either they are starting work late or it is all just pretend that the support is available between the given time slots. So unprofessional.

Pronto is a good app with a convenient concept, but the overall experience is let down by inconsistent service quality.

One of the biggest issues is the lack of reliable professionals. Many of the professionals are either very slow, don’t meet expectations, or are not transparent about the work. On top of that, if a service takes longer than expected, customers are often asked to extend the booking by paying an additional amount.

Another major concern is customer support. If you’re unhappy with a professional or want to avoid being assigned the same person again, there is no easy way to do it. Everything has to be handled through chat, which is frustrating and time-consuming. Pronto should introduce a proper customer care helpline where customers can quickly resolve issues.

There should also be an option to permanently block a professional after a poor experience. It’s unfair to both the customer and the professional when someone is assigned again despite previous negative feedback. It wastes everyone’s time.

Lastly, Pronto needs to expand its network of trained professionals. Finding available slots, rescheduling appointments, and repeatedly chatting with support takes far too much time.

The app has great potential, but it needs stronger customer support, better-quality professionals, and a more customer-friendly service experience.

Pronto has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. The app advertises quick service, but bookings are frequently delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled at the last minute. Even confirmed slots don’t guarantee that anyone will actually show up.
Customer support is painfully slow, keeps customers waiting for long periods, and often gives the same “10 more minutes” assurance without any real resolution. When the company fails to deliver the service, refunds and cancellations become another frustrating battle.
The service quality is highly inconsistent. Many professionals appear rushed, poorly trained, or uninterested, leaving customers to point out basic cleaning tasks or redo the work themselves. There also seems to be a serious lack of coordination between the operations team and service partners, resulting in repeated reassignments and confusion.
The biggest issue is reliability. People book these services because they need dependable help, not uncertainty. Wasting customers’ time while failing to deliver the promised service is unacceptable. Based on my experience and the number of similar complaints from other users, I would not recommend Pronto until they significantly improve their operations, customer support, service quality, refund process, and accountability

I had a terrible experience with the Pronto app. I made my booking two days in advance, but when the service professional arrived, she immediately asked if I had gloves. She refused to start the work, saying she would only work if I provided gloves. She then started yelling, saying, “You don’t even have gloves for work, and I’m not going to waste 2.5 hours here.”

To make matters worse, she took the OTP, refused to provide the service, and left. When I contacted customer support, they falsely claimed that she wasn’t feeling well, even though she had clearly refused to work because of the gloves. I requested a replacement professional, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept me waiting and eventually only offered to reschedule the appointment for the next day. On top of that, the customer support executive took around 20 minutes to respond.

This was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I wasted my time waiting for a service that was never delivered, and the customer support team failed to handle the situation honestly or efficiently. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

I have had a consistently disappointing experience with Pronto. Every time their service partners visit my home, they work so slowly that it feels like they’re just trying to make the service last an hour. Despite multiple bookings, they have never completed the job properly. When I use other service providers for the exact same work, it is always finished on time and without any issues.

Another major problem is their introductory offers. They advertise discounted services for new users (for example, a one-hour service at a very low price), but those bookings never seem to get scheduled. However, once the promotional period ends and you have to pay the regular price—which is higher than many other service providers—the bookings suddenly start getting scheduled on time. This makes the promotional offers feel misleading.

Overall, my experience with Pronto has been frustrating due to incomplete work, slow service, unreliable scheduling during promotional offers, and higher prices compared to competitors.
