Please fix this ### 1/5 — not showing info *2026-05-01, version 2.3.1* the apps is not loading my policy information, it has bee like this for a couple of months ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2025-10-29, version 2.3.1* I downloaded this app hoping it would make it easier to pay for my insurance, especially since the local office near me closes whenever they feel like it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even make my payment through the app — and my bill was due in just a few days. I had to go through another source just to get it paid. I really wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, what’s the point of having it if it’s not functional or user-friendly? You can’t renew or make a payment on it. Only thing it’s good for is looking up your policy number. That’s it. Even the e signature doesn’t register on the app. What’s the point of it? Oh that’s right, so they can make more off of you in office or over the phone because they charge at least $20+ to do so. BUT YET THE APP DOESNT WORK FOR PAYMENTS. Not cool pronto.
