## What is Proof?

Proof is a simple, honest dough calculator for pizza and bread — made by a home baker who wanted one tool that does the math, keeps the timers, and stays out of the way.

There are no ads, no accounts, no tracking, and no subscription. Everything you make stays on your phone. If Proof helps you bake better, that's the whole point.

CALCULATE YOUR DOUGH
Set your ball count, ball weight, hydration, salt and yeast type. Proof works out exact gram weights for every ingredient, scaled to your batch. Grams or ounces, Fahrenheit or Celsius, inches or centimeters — switch anytime.

TIMERS ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
Start a fermentation timer and walk away. Proof shows a live countdown right on your Lock Screen, so you always know when your dough is ready without unlocking your phone.

HANDS-FREE INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Tap the totals bar for a large-type ingredient list and a step-by-step method built for a floury countertop. Check off each step as you go, and start a timer for any rest, mix or ferment straight from the instructions. Your running timer stays visible the whole time.

SMART FERMENTATION SCHEDULING
Dial in your bulk ferment, cold ferment and final proof by hours and temperature — kitchen or fridge — and Proof sizes the yeast for your schedule automatically.
