I like how simplistic the app is and how it targets the things you that will pinpoint your progress. I’m just getting my foot in the door but I’ll say Jae is an excellent teacher and very professional at how he tackles what’s best for you. Going forward I will give more info as my progress and continuous coaching takes place!!
