App sometimes loads too slow when I’m at the servee’s address and I want to submit and leave immediate. Then I have to wait for the app to load.

When I first started doing work for these people, this app was great. It was simple, but it worked.

Since they have upgraded it several times, and I use that term, loosely, you can no longer do off-line updates of jobs, which is a huge problem if you’re in an area with bad cell service. Many times the app crashes instantly when you try and open it, or you simply get a black screen or a white screen and have to completely try and close it and go back into it. Anytime you tell them there’s a problem they act like it is residing in your device and try and help you troubleshoot it. I don’t have time for that because the problem is never in my device. The problem is in their app! These people don’t listen

I’m new an my experience isn’t great, soon to leave. Proof has a habit of changing instructions so beware of that, which costs more fees on you. And they won’t tell you tell the end. When trying to serve a summons they then want you to mail documents “ stamps aren’t cheap “ and then mail an affidavit “ more stamps and more envelopes.  They make it real difficult because the pay ain’t worth it the amount of stamps and envelopes you spend. I recommend everyone go to “Serve Manger”

Some jobs do have follow‑up steps (like mailing documents) that depend on the outcome of the serve or court/client requirements after attempts are made.
