## What is ProofActo?

Proofacto helps you document jobs on your iPhone — clearly, privately, and ready to share as a PDF.
Built for trades, field work, repairs, and site visits. Capture what happened, organize it in one place, and send a clean report to a client or keep it for your records.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create a work document for each job or site
• Capture before, work, and after photos from Camera or Photos
• Add notes, checklists, meters, parties, and dates
• Collect on-device acknowledgements from people involved
• Export a polished PDF to share via Messages, Mail, Files, and more
• Use ready-made templates or build your own
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your documents stay on this iPhone. Proofacto does not sync your work to ByteGlo servers. Share only when you choose. Optional iCloud Backup follows your Apple settings.
FREE TO TRY
• Create documents and capture photos
• Limited free PDF exports with watermark
PROOFACTO PREMIUM (ONE-TIME PURCHASE)
• Unlimited PDF exports without watermark
• Branding options (logo / watermark control)
• Full documentation features unlocked
Purchases and restores are handled through your Apple ID.
IMPORTANT
Proofacto is document-composing software from ByteGlo OÜ. It helps you organize photos and notes into PDF reports. ByteGlo is the software provider only — not a proof service and not a party to disputes about PDFs you create or share. It does not provide legal advice, notarization, qualified electronic signatures, or a guarantee that any report will be accepted by a court, insurer, or authority. On-device acknowledgements confirm review on the device only. You are responsible for accuracy, consents, and how you use or present exported PDFs.
