There are times in life when every detail matters — and when memory alone isn't enough. ProofDesk lets you keep a clear record of what happens, as it happens: a photo, a voice memo after a conversation, a quick note, a scan of a letter. 5 seconds per capture. Everything is dated, organized, and stays on your iPhone. HOW IT WORKS 1. You open a case file in 30 seconds (5 contexts proposed: family, work, neighborhood, inheritance, other). 2. You capture in the moment: photo, multi-page scan, voice memo (with auto transcription), quick note, imported file. No second-guessing, no getting lost in your vacation photos. 3. You enrich it when you have time: description, tags, witnesses, expenses, location. 4. The day you want to share — with a loved one, a mediator, a professional — you export a complete, time-stamped PDF in one tap. WHAT YOU CAPTURE • Photos from the camera or gallery • Multi-page scans with automatic detection • Voice memos transcribed automatically (on iPhone, never in the cloud) • Time-stamped quick notes • Imported files (PDF, DOCX, .eml, images) • Optional GPS location, editable afterwards • Witnesses (name, contact, what they saw) • Expenses incurred (categorized, totaled) VARIOUS USES ProofDesk adapts to very different situations: • A separation or divorce where you want to track exchanges and decisions • A difficult period at work that you want to document factually • Tensions with a neighbor you want to trace • An inheritance or sensitive family decisions to keep in memory • A specific event (accident, incident) to preserve precisely • Or simply a daily life where "just in case" makes sense You decide what your case file is for. THE AI ASSISTANT (PREMIUM) Once your case file is built, the AI Assistant helps you: • Summarize it from different angles • Identify incomplete elements (without date, without title, without context) • Prepare a clear timeline • Cross-reference items between them The Assistant is on your side — not neutral. It helps you make your case file coherent. It doesn't give legal advice: on any matter of law, it redirects you to a professional. PRIVACY Your pieces stay on your iPhone (local SwiftData storage). No account to create, none of your pieces on a server. Depending on your setting, the analysis can even stay 100% on the iPhone, with Apple's on-device AI. The AI Assistant is opt-in: without your explicit consent, nothing leaves your phone. When you turn on the external AI, only the relevant text is sent encrypted in real time to Mistral SAS (Paris, France) — never your photos, your recordings or your location — and it is never stored on their side (Zero Data Retention enabled). Only the proof of your consent is kept on our servers in Europe, as the GDPR requires. No advertising. No tracking. No third-party analytics. PREMIUM Free: one active case file to get started. A default for your next dossiers is set in Settings. • "New chat" and history are two separate buttons. • Export fixed: when a section was deleted, its pieces stayed listed in the index but their files never made it into the ZIP.
